Picture this. The Olympic Games, London 2012. It’s late evening on the night before the historic 100 Metre Sprint Final featuring world record holder Usain Bolt. A client happens to be dining at Nobu at London’s iconic Met Hotel. It’s 9pm and the client’s friend mentions that he would love to take his wife to see the sprint final but it would be an impossible dream – meanwhile they enjoy the starter they have just ordered. Our client called our concierge hotline and asked the question. We located 2 of the best seats in the house and had them delivered to their table before the main course was over! Now that’s one happy client and 2 very happy attendees.

It’s Thursday, 3 days before the Monaco Grand Prix – the jewel in the crown for Formula 1 fans. A couple of friends discuss Monaco over a lunch and we get a call: what’s the chance of a trip to the Grand Prix? The next thing you know, we’ve put together VIP hospitality, great seats and a day return charter for a group of 20 so the guys can boast about it on Monday when they get to the office. All in a day’s work!

Cricket mad fans get in touch regarding attending global cricketing superstar Sachin Tendulkar’s final Test Match in his hometown of Mumbai. Tickets were just not available for sale. People would give their right arm to be there to salute the Little Master in front of his adoring home fans. We pulled off access to 4 x 5 day passes via a contra deal. It’s about getting access. We received a client call from the US, two days before the Wimbledon Finals Weekend. We sourced 2 Front Row (Row A) Debenture seats for the Ladies & Gentleman’s Finals with less than 48 hours notice and had them delivered to the Shangri-La Hotel.

We had a brief from an ultra high net worth family from oversees who were spending a significant amount of time visiting the UK and Europe for entertainment and leisure. We were introduced to them by their wealth managers so that we could provide personalised, hand-holding guidance. We put together a portfolio of high-profile, must-do events for them to attend throughout the summer based on their preferences and financial means, including:
The Champions League Final in Cardiff (VIP Hospitality) – 20 guests
The ICC Champions Trophy – India v Pakistan (VIP Hospitality) – 20 guests
The FA Cup Final – Hospitality – 20 Guests
Wimbledon Tennis – VIP Debenture Ticketing & Hospitality – 30 guests
The ICC Champions Trophy Final – Up to 40 guests
We secured official packages for these key events along with celebrity hosts. This involved liaising with their security detail and included pre-event inspection of venues. As well as collating individual menu requirements and carefully curating each event, we were able to advise on dress codes and source outfits through our in-house lifestyle team.

A global blue chip financial institution asked us to create a bespoke event around the ICC Champions Trophy for 120 key high net worth guests – the majority of whom were coming in from overseas.
This involved VIP ticketing and hospitality, bespoke menus, customised premium beverages, celebrity guest speakers: Graham Gooch, Farokh Engineer and Ravi Shastri along with sought after signed memorabilia to be given to competition winners.
Due to the short time frame between the overseas guests arriving and attending the match, this event involved a personalised brief in terms of logistics – personally organising invitations and ticket delivery to several locations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Event: ICC Cricket World Cup (9th June 2019)
We were asked by a major global financial institution to create a memorable event at the Cricket World Cup to entertain 200 of their VIP clients who were coming from across the globe. In order to do this, we secured a private hospitality lounge, including an outdoor terrace so guests could take their drinks out and enjoy a fantastic view of the highly anticipated India v Australia match in style. In the run up to the event, we took care of on the ground deliveries, hand-delivering tickets and hospitality passes to hotels across London where guests where staying, ensuring a seamless experience. We were able to liaise with the venue so that the fine dining and drinks menus and the overall hospitality programme was customised to the guests' tastes and requirements. In addition to all of this, we organised guest celebrities including Ashes winning captain Michael Vaughan Harbhajan Singh, Michael Slater, Alex Stewart, Chris Broad, Murali Kartik, Monty Panesar and VVS Laxman to visit the hospitality lounge and interact with the guests. We provided signed memorabilia for guests to win in a 'guess the score' competition and kept the guests entertained by providing an excellent master of ceremonies service. The guests left with official Cricket World Cup caps and professional prints of them with our celebrity guests, having thoroughly enjoyed a golden day of fantastic hospitality and phenomenal cricket. What could have been better?

A chance meeting with a client in a box at Lords led to a casual conversation for putting together a small anniversary event for 20 people. Suddenly this event for 20 people ended up being a fully-fledged 140 people affair: a tough baptism of fire as one of our first events after launching the business! From building a marquee, providing decor, entertainment, bespoke catering and celebrity hosts, we were working from a blank canvas. With a lot of detailed input from the client, we managed to pull off an event that guests said was the best party they had ever been to.

Through one of our introductions, we managed to secure an initial contract for a sports presenter in the inaugural edition of the Indian Football League. This ended up in a 3-year association and the said presenter is now a major face.
