1. INFORMATION COLLECTION - ENQUIRY FORMS
We request information from our users on our enquiry forms. A user must provide contact information (name, e-mail, and address etc). This information is used for enquiry purposes and to enable us to respond to customer's enquiries. We usually email an acknowledgement for eachform. If we have trouble processing an enquiry, the information is used to contact the user.

3. LOG FILES
We use log files to track Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, computer operating system, keywords entered at search engines that brought users to our site, and frequency of pages viewed on the site. This information is used to gather broad demographic information, track trends, better manage the site, and make decisions on improving and expanding the site. Information is analyzed in aggregate. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We us a Web site log analysis program called Webtrends.
4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE - NEWSLETTER & UPDATES
We periodically send out e-mails with new services and special offers at our site. Users are given the option to opt-out of these e-mails.Users can also voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. We ask for contact information (e-mail and name). This information is used only for distribution of the e-mail newsletter and updates.
5. SHARING AGGREGATE INFORMATION
We share aggregated demographic information with our advertisers. The information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
6. THIRD PARTY INTERMEDIARIES
We use outside businesses to fulfil some bookings and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.
