Badminton World Championships

The BWF World Championships is a badminton tournament organized by the Badminton World Federation. It's the most prestigious badminton competition, offering the most ranking points, along with the Summer Olympics badminton events introduced in 1992. The winners of the tournament are World Champions of the sport and are awarded a gold medal.

The 2026 BWF World Championships will be the 30th edition of the world badminton championships. It will be held in New Delhi, India in 2026. India is set to host the World Championships for the first time since 2009.

Jo: Tickets were great- thank you for another perfect event. La Tribune (hospitality on day 1) has the best location as it is right next to Court 1 and Phillippe Chatrier. Le Pavillion is a nicer set up (and has air conditioning) but a far walk and you have to go through security each time as it is actually off the grounds. We liked both, but giving you details as I thought you would like to know for other clients. We absolutely loved the French Open and will go again. Thank you!
